They thundered into town; tuned, polished, and ready for fun…

Several hundred Hot Rods (and their owners) had taken over the sleepy hinterland village of Mudgeeraba and were ready to rumble; ready to do all the things Hot Rods were originally designed to do.  Cruise the Highways to the local hot spots, get down and dirty in the “go to whoa”, and polish the wheels for the “show n shine”.

Some even put it all on the line in a “Dyno Shootout”.

There is no such creature as an ugly Hot Rod, and there is nothing more beautiful than to see Hot Rods being driven… as they were meant to be.

Strap yourself in for a ride with some of Australia’s best rods… All to the sounds of two of the hottest Rockabilly bands in the land, “Slap N The Cats” and “The Creepers”.
